New Utility Account Information

Requirements to Start New Utility Service:

1. Government-issued photo ID:
   • US state-issued driver license
   • US state-issued identification card
   • US passport
   • International passport (non-US citizens only)
   • Alternative IDs may be allowed, approval required
2. Completed Utility Account Application
3. Lease Document/Proof of Legal Residence (Rental Only)
4. Utility Deposit:
   • Residential Account - $100.00
   • Commercial Account - $200.00
   • Solid Waste only - $60.00 min., determined by service level             
5. Processing Fee:  $15.00
