Water Rate Schedule
NOTE: Water and wastewater rates have increased 4.98% beginning October 1, 2023 (effective 11/20/2023 utility bill).
The base rate for water facility availability to each user shall be based on capacity allocation as determined by meter size as follows:

The Commercial user charge rate for water operation and maintenance including replacement shall be $2.57 rate per thousand gallons inside City or $3.21 per thousand gallons outside City.
For Residential users inside the City Limits, the charge rate for operation and maintenance including replacement shall be $1.92 per 1,000 gallons from 0 to 6,000 gallons used and $2.91 per 1,000 gallons for usage of 7,000 gallons and up.
For Residential users outside the City Limits, the charge rate for operation and maintenance including replacement shall be $2.40 per 1,000 gallons from 0 to 6,000 gallons used and $3.63 per 1,000 gallons for usage of 7,000 gallons and up.
For Commercial or Residential users inside the City Limits, the charge rate for irrigation services shall be $2.95 per 1,000 gallons, plus a $1.92 processing fee.
For Commercial or Residential users outside the City Limits, the charge rate for irrigation services shall be $3.69 per 1,000 gallons, plus a $2.40 processing fee.
All charges herein are 25% more for users outside the City Limits.
These rates and charges supersede any previous rates established by the City Commission of the City of Wildwood, Florida.
With the passage of Resolution No. R2023-20, these rates became effective as of the billing cycle for the month of October 2023.
