Utility Payment Options
For the convenience of our utility customers, the City of Wildwood offers the following payment options:

Bank Draft/EZ Pay Direct:
Automatic bank drafting is available by contacting a Utility Customer Service representative, or by completing an
EZ PAY application (CLICK HERE) and submitting to the department.
Online/Internet:

Please have your account number and PIN (located on bill) ready in order to log in to your account.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards are accepted, with a 2.95% convenience fee.
E-check payment is also available, with a $1.95 convenience fee.

In-Person:
Walk-in customers may make a payment Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, at the City Hall office.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards are accepted for utility payments only (no additional fee).
Payments made with cash, checks, or money orders are also accepted.
After-Hours Drop Box:
There is a drive-up drop box located on Wonders Street, on the south side of City Hall.
Insert payment check and stub in an envelope, or clip them together with a paper clip, before placing in the box.
Please, do NOT place cash in the drop box.
